Waynova Group establishes a unified international market presence by aligning four specialized rail technology companies into one coordinated force for digital rail solutions. By bringing together the strengths of: ZEDAS (Germany), Railroad Software (USA), Raspberry Software (UK), and Automated Rail (USA) the Group delivers rail-focused software and hardware solutions to operators, infrastructure managers, and maintenance organizations.
At the start of the new year, the management team at ZEDAS GmbH underwent a restructuring. Jake Micsak and Ulrike Gollasch have taken over the leadership of the company.
ZEDAS GmbH has restructured its Professional Services and Customer Support divisions and introduced a centralized account management system. The goal is to establish clear lines of responsibility and to further develop strategic support for existing customers in a targeted manner.

ENNA Transport commenced productive operation with the rail-specific software suite comprising zedas®cargo and zedas®asset on 1 September 2025. With a market share of more than 20% in national rail freight transport, the Croatian company is thus consistently driving forward its digitalisation in the European network. The go-live marks a decisive milestone on the path to integrated, data-based logistics and maintenance processes.
