Easy mobile on-site fault detection with your mobile phone.

Early in September the zedas®web solution will be available for smartphones as well due to Release 2.11. As a result of the ituitive handling fault reports can easily and effortlessly be conceived and conveyed to the workshop by the mobile service staff as well as the busdriver. In this way the service department is going to be informed about any kind of malfunction at an early stage und thereby willl be able to take measures immediately. The user enters all the relevant information via keyboard by using the zedas® user interface.
