Restructuring of Service and Customer Support at ZEDAS

ZEDAS RestructureZEDAS GmbH has restructured its Professional Services and Customer Support divisions and introduced a centralized account management system. The goal is to establish clear lines of responsibility and to further develop strategic support for existing customers in a targeted manner.

The Professional Services and Customer Support divisions will remain independent departments and will be centrally consolidated under the leadership of Ramona Jahn. In doing so, ZEDAS is establishing clear responsibilities for operational project implementation and day-to-day support.

In addition, ZEDAS has established its own Account Management Team. This team provides strategic support to existing customers and works to further develop the partnership in a targeted manner.

Gritt Hannusch, who is known to many customers from her long-standing work in consulting, will lead the team. She is responsible for the zedas®asset division. She is supported by Michael Rudel, who is responsible for supporting zedas®cargo customers.

With this new structure, ZEDAS ensures that responsibilities are clearly defined—both in day-to-day collaboration and in the long-term development of client projects. The goal is to provide even more targeted support to clients and to strengthen the partnership in a sustainable way.
