The rail logistics company SBB Cargo International - Swiss specialist for combined transport and trains - provides lean, efficient and high-quality transport services. In order to live up to this claim, a software solution that perfectly supports the demands of train logistics is required. This is where the zedas®cargo solution from PC-Soft comes into play.

With zedas®cargo version 3.0, SBB Cargo International implements the latest generation of modular standard logistics software, which maps all relevant business processes, from order management and planning and management production processes, to traffic control and accounting.

The universal mapping of all financial business processes, such as the settlement of cross-border traffic and the redundant link with the cost calculation of the SAP system for the entire logistics chain, represented a particular challenge.

A joint project team of SBB Cargo International and PC-Soft specialists succeeded in putting the required logistics solution into operation at SBB Cargo International within a very short time frame.
