Management of damaged rolling stock with zedas®cargo


Rail logistics software supports complete documentation of damage    

With the 3.12 release, the management of damaged rolling stock is migrated into the new version of the zedas®cargo product suite and enhanced with new functions. The current processing status for the damage incl. associated documents and photos always in view via an automatically managed change history. The sending of information and documents (e.g. General Administrative Regulation logs) via email for dialogue with wagon keepers and workshops is also possible directly from the zedas®cargo application and is noted in the change history. All activities in the event of damage are thus fully documented in a central location and without distributed mail clients and file locations. In the coming releases, this module will be enhanced with the corresponding mobile component and functions for the documentation of facts about the load will be integrated.

With the new version of the zedas®cargo rail logistics software, all tasks for complete handling of damage and documentation are thus supported.
