Helpdesk & support available for longer

27.08.2020 | zedas®asset is a comprehensive asset management software for system-related information and processes. To ensure the maintenance organisation runs smoothly even outside office hours and at weekends, we can offer our customers extended service on request.

Rapid help when needed

For zedas®asset users, we are extending the availability of our specialists from 1 January 2021. Support can now be extended to the hours from 5:00 to 22:00, 7 days a week. As usual, contact is through the helpdesk system or via the telephone hotline.

Our extended service can help you to increase availability and minimise out-of-service time for rail vehicles and rail infrastructure. It provides greater support for workshops in shift operation and service and on-call teams in their important work.
